Below is an outline of the current planned itinerary - although this is a 'military operation', these plans are not carved in stone. As with most things in table, we will Adopt, Adapt Improve!!

Thursday

1630 hours    Transport Office opens for rail and airport transfers. Registration also opens.

1800 hours    Bars and campus opens.

1900 hours    National Exec/National Sporting Weekend Committee Dinner

2200 hours    Registration closes.

0100 hours    Bars on campus close.

Friday

0600 hours    Breakfast for NSW staff and sportsmen’s breakfast opens.

0730 hours    Transport to golf and fishing begins.

0800 hours    Registration opens.

0900 hours    First golf tee-time. Breakfast Closes.

1100 hours    Campus bars open.

1430 hours    Friday afternoon. Sporting events commence.

1500 hours    Transport from golf and fishing commences.

1730 hours    Campus bar entertainment commences.

1800 hours    Restaurants open their doors.

2200 hours    Sugar Bar Entertainment Commences

2300 hours    Registration closes.

0200 hours    Campus bars close.

Saturday

0600 hours    Sportsmen’s breakfast opens.

0800 hours    Registration opens.

0900 hours    Sports commence.

1030 hours    Campus bars open.

1200 hours    Campus food bars open.

1600 hours    Sports end.

1830 hours    Pre-dinner drinks reception opens in Marquee.

1900 hours    Seats for dinner.

1930 hours    Dinner commences.

2130 hours    Awards ceremony commences.

2200 hours    Entertainment commences.

0100 hours    Entertainment concludes.

0400 hours    Campus bars close.

Sunday

0800 hours    Sportsmen’s breakfast opens.

1030 hours    Breakfast closes.

1100 hours    All delegates leave accommodation suite commences.

1400 hours    NSW team lunch.
