Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. No booking forms will be processed without payment and a signature confirming your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Sports are subject to change without notice.
3. No smoking is permitted in the accommodation or in the sporting venues.
4. Attendees will be held personally liable and responsible for any damage caused to the facilities, any insurance excess incurred and/or any extra cleaning required to the accommodation caused either by them or their invited guests and visitors during the course of the event.
5. Cancellation of any booking once payment has been taken is with the consent of the organising committee only.
6. Neither the National Association of Round Tables nor the NSW organising committee can be held responsible for any loss or injury incurred by attending NSW 2010 or participating in any event or function comprising part of the weekend.
7. The NSW committee, organisers, stewards, referees and judges will be the final arbiters in any dispute.
8. By returning this form to the NSW 2010 committee you are confirming that you have consented and/or obtained the consent of any individual named in this form to their details being held on both the NSW committee database and any database administered by the National Association. The information will be stored for a maximum period of 18 months and will be used for purposes in connection with the activities of the National Association. If you do not want to receive information from either the NSW committee or National Organisation please write to The Database Administrator, Marchesi House, 4 Embassy Drive, Edgbaston, Birmingham, B15 1TP.
